Our relationship with Peacock Foundation, Inc. began in 2014 when they helped seed our Permanency Roundtable Program, which focuses on securing forever families and lifelong, supportive adult relationships for youth at risk of aging out of foster care.

Peacock Foundation’s unfaltering commitment to children and families was particularly evident (and appreciated!) during and after the COVID-19 pandemic. While many foundations continued to grant only the minimum amount required by law, Peacock Foundation, Inc. responded to the increased needs in our community by granting additional resources, stretching themselves to help organizations meet the heightened demand for their services.

Since its inception in July 2014, the Permanency Roundtable Program has served 375 children and youth—the program has successfully linked 210 children to a forever family or lifelong adult support.

The Education Fund

The Education Fund extends our deepest thanks to Peacock Foundation for a truly impressive legacy of support. Your grants help us maximize every public school student’s potential and ensure each one graduates with every opportunity for success.

Whether it is supporting our efforts to get essential learning supplies to hundreds of thousands of students, helping us launch an outdoor classroom initiative to improve students’ academic achievement and health, or funding critical infrastructure needs, Peacock Foundation trusts us to know what we need. And, that trust inspires us to do even more!

Congratulations on nearly 8 decades of exceptional grant-making, lifting up the disadvantaged in our South Florida communities!

Dade Heritage Trust

Dade Heritage Trust is so very appreciative of the good community-based work of Peacock Foundation. The Foundation was the very first contributor to Dade Heritage Trust’s Historic Places, Green Spaces K-12 educational program which engages kids to explore and learn about the places that tell the story of our community.

Our educational programming has serviced over 25,000 participants, mainly from Title I Schools, since 2017 when Peacock Foundation funded the new initiative, believing in the positive impact the program would have on students and educators.
